Flew home last week for my Bday/Thanksgiving. I was immediately swept off to OPM for Veggie Szechwaun Beef and Brocolli and always entertaining convos with my bros. After dinner rolled back to the homestead for cake round 1-

And hangs with this guy

Watched my old copy of “Vanishing Point” that I forgot at home when I moved and went to bed.

Woke up to Pancakes thanks to moms then drove out to Sherwood Park for an ultra cold session with Brody (who was also in town for a couple weddings)

Met up with Canning, Braden, and Jen at Pad that night for dinner. Braden hooked up some sick Bday gifts-

Then Kasim surprised me with ANOTHER Bday cake

Miss this man too much

Pancake wakeup then drove out to Lacombe with the rents to visit some extended fam. Ended up driving by one the first houses we lived in early in my life.

Got back that night just in time for Misery Signals and CBK at Starlite (I never bring my camera anywhere anymore so heres a (Ryan sans shirt) photo I stole from someone who takes better photos than I would anyway)

Had a little time to myself the next day so I went through some of my old stuff to see if there was some stuff I missed taking when I moved. Managed to come across a couple childhood gems-

Despite the movie hype all my attempts as a kid at checking in a 5 star hotel using my dads credit card and this badboy were futile.

Stacks and Stacks of comics

An Original Lucero Santa Cruz board, a first run Red Kross Division Lucero (which I actually got directly from the Giant Dist warehouse right when it dropped) and a Gator Re-Issue I got as a B day gift one year.

Spent the rest of the trip just hanging out and relaxing. Kicked it with Dirty for a minute at Showdown, gonna be back out near X Mas and hopefully his 71 Triumph T100 will be heading back with me.
