…In with the old. Switching this blog back over to blogspot, their format is easier and better for what I’m doing. Tumblr has served me well but a change is needed. Keeping on the subject of changes I was recently accepted to the Automotive Refinishing Prep Technician Program at VCC.

I’ll be there full time starting in Jan. I’ve been slowly working on tanks on my own time but having some real training behind what I’m doing is gonna be a huge help. That being said click the link below to check out the new blog.

Pretty psyched on the new issues cover (course won’t be weeks til I see a real copy since I live in the great white north).Kinda reminded me of this TNT shot which was for a shirt they gave out at the SOTY party in 2002.

I was living in Los Angeles at the time and 1984 rented a crew of us an RV to make the 8 hour trip up to SF to party and skate. Met Nikki Sixx (as he presented the award to Tony) and had a blast skating the streets of SF with some great dudes. Good memories.
Tony’s part from the SOTY video below…
The mop had been gettin too long to do much with so I swung by The Belmont Barbershop yesterday to remedy the situation.

The owner Dustin is not only a master in his craft but also a great conversationalist. He has a true knack for the old school way of doing things and it comes through in his shop and his work.

When you’re ready to step your game up-head down and get your shit done up proper.
A couple people already have em up on their blogs right now but I thought i’d throw up a couple of my favorites. Some great shots courtesy of Bill Ray…
